2 Easy Thank You Cards!

Happy Friday! What a week!

This past week, my husband asked me to come up with a couple Thank You cards for him to send out to the guests of the surprise party I threw for his birthday. He wanted them simple enough for him to make them if time allowed (it didn’t lol), so these are very simple!

Both cards featured one of my favorite stamps, A World of Thanks. I think that this is the perfect stamp for quick cards that still make an impact 🙂

The first one was stamped with Basic Gray ink onto Vanilla White cardstock, with a layer of Vellum over it to soften the stamped image a bit. Thanks from the Hello You Thinlits Dies was cut out from Night of Navy Cardstock, with a touch of Clear Wink of Stella for a little extra shine. Completed with silver sequins!

This one was stamped on Whisper White cardstock (though it doesn’t look like it in the image, sorry about that!) using Crumb Cake ink. Wrapped the panel with a piece of Whisper White 5/8″ Satin Ribbon, with a bit of Linen Thread centered on the ribbon for contrast and texture.

The Thank You panel was created with Early Espresso ink and cardstock (which the card base was also made from) along with Whisper White, using the Tin of Cards stamp set. Trimmed both Whisper White and Early Espresso cardstock using the Banner Triple Punch (one of my favorite and most used punches!) before adhering together, then wrapped with some more linen thread.

I know we all need quick and easy cards in our stash. These are a breeze to complete a bunch of assembly line style (cut out all card bases, cut out all main panel, stamp all panels, cut out all pieces, punch all pieces, adhere!). I created 20 of the first card in about an hour and a half, while drinking a cup of coffee and watching Netflix lol

Have a wonderful weekend!!!!
